great facilities but breakfast needs improvement
The sea view from our room was truly exceptional! The spacious terrace allowed us to enjoy our morning coffee while soaking in the peaceful scenery. The location of the hotel made it easy to explore local attractions on foot, enhancing our overall experience.
The breakfast service was chaotic at times, leading to longer waits and limited options.

Disappointed by the cramped Premium King Room Heritage. Pool area had a great vibe! No bar service until noon.

We stayed for two nights, and loved the location as everything was walkable. But the breakfast was really rushed, and there was only one toaster for heaps of guests, which was frustrating. Chur for the lovely decor, though!

Couples looking for luxury
When we arrived, we were treated to a complimentary mini bar after joining their club, totally unexpected but a nice touch. The breakfast in the atrium was delicious and visually stunning, set the right mood for the day.
It wasn’t cheap, not by a long shot, but the experience wasn't altogether bad.

The location is prime for exploring the nearby attractions, making it easy to get around and enjoy the sights. The spacious rooms offer comfortable accommodations with unique features like outdoor terraces perfect for soaking up some sun.
The breakfast experience felt disorganized and lacking, with a long wait before being seated and a restricted menu. the supposed upgrades to rooms can come off as misleading—like getting two cramped rooms instead of one larger one with a missing TV, which is a letdown. while the amenities are nice, they don't match the price tag, especially with issues like dirty terraces obstructing what could've been good views.

Had an awesome time with friends exploring the hot springs and going on winery tours. The terrace views from our room were fantastic, and the overall atmosphere felt inviting. The hotel offers a mix of dining options, so we enjoyed great meals without venturing far.
We did face some delays with service, especially during breakfast hours, which could have been improved to match the overall vibe of the hotel.
